Egg sandwich

Holaa September..
Woah, i can't believe its already September, just left four month to end 2016.. Time surely fly very fast, and i almost can't keep it up. okay to cheers myself i am making a plate of a hearty breakfast.. i just write 'to cheer myself' but actually i am not the one who ate this breakfast. i am making it for my bf, i just feel happy if i can cook some food i want for someone who willing to eat happily. hahahaha..

This plate of hearty breakfast, contain egg sandwich, macfried and grilled breakfast sausage. its very easy but too bad no greens for the salad :-(

Egg sandwich

Ingredients: 
2 slice of white bread
1 egg
1 tsp chopped onion
1.5 tbsp grated cheddar cheese, use Parmesan cheese is better if you have
pinch of salt and some pepper
1 tbsp milk
1.5 tbsp yellow/red bell pepper
1.5 tbsp tomato, chopped

3 or 4 slice of mozzarella cheese
Sauce
1 tbsp spaghetti sauce
1.5 tbsp tomato sauce
1 tbsp chili sauce
mix all the sauce and set aside

How to make:
1. Spread both side of the bread with margarine then toast at the grill pan. Then spread the sauce. set aside
2. Put some oil in the pan, add in bell pepper, onion and tomato. let i cook for 1 minute
3. Lightly whisk the egg, cheddar cheese, milk, salt and pepper. pour in the pan and keep stirring to make it scramble.
4. Place the mozzarella cheese over the egg, cover with the lid and let the cheese melt
5. Cut into half and place into each bread. You may slightly toast it again for more crunchy taste
