Soya Beancurd Pudding

I like soya, and i miss singapore very soft and delicious 'lao ban' soya beancurd pudding. So, i searched for soya beancurd pudding recipe and decide to try this one using gelatin, just simply because i have gelatin powder at home and don't have instant jelly powder.

This pudding taste good, creamy and woobly. like so much
Next time will try using instant jelly powder and seeing what difference between using gelatin and instant jelly powder

Soya Beancurd pudding

Making : 5-6 bottle @ 100ml

500 ml soya milk
2 tsp gelatine powder
15 gr coffeemate creamer ( 2 tsp = 5gr )
1. Heat up Soy bean milk in a saucepan over low heat(do not let it boil).
2. Put gelatin powder in a small bowl, ladle about 50ml of the warm soy milk in it and stir till gelatine powder melt and well mixed.
3. Next pour the gelatine mixture into the remaining warm soy milk, stir stir in creamer if using and let it simmer for another 30 seconds(careful not to let it boil).
4. Off the heat. Let mixture cool off slightly before sieving it into prepared containers to cool completely.
5. Chilled mixture for at least 3 - 4 hours in the fridge before serving.
